Huihong Production Base is located in Area A of the Science and Technology Industrial Park in Shishan Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. Adjacent to the new Guangfo High-Speed Rail Hub at Foshan West Station, it enjoys convenient transportation. The factory covers an area of 33 acres with a plant floor space of 35,000 square meters. The mold department is equipped with multiple CNC (high-speed), EDM (mirror finish), CNC lathes, and automatic mold matching machines, along with imported Japanese precision mold-making equipment and Hexagon high-precision coordinate measuring machines. It adopts an advanced ERP production management system and has introduced multiple fully automated smart robotic production lines. The plastic mold monthly production capacity exceeds 30 sets. The production department operates six fully plastic hose production lines with a monthly output of over 10 million hoses; three sheet material production lines with a monthly output of 6 million; and more than 60 large injection molding machines, including 17 double-color injection molding machines, achieving a monthly output of 45 million lids. Additionally, there are five five-layer bottle blow molding machines, five high-speed blow molding machines, and a monthly plastic bottle production capacity of 6 million; seven tricolor and six-color screen printing machines with a monthly output of 14 million print runs.
